HR Resolutions has welcomed Tyler LaFaver to its team! With a BS in AgriBusiness Management and a minor in Labor Studies & Employment Relations from PSU, Tyler will shine as the new HR Coordinator.
As the HR Coordinator, Tyler is responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the Human Resources department team members. Key areas of responsibility include: administrative support, responding to client employee requests, managing the HR Help Desk email and phone line, along with special projects as assigned.
Tyler is a recent graduate from The Pennsylvania State University, where he enjoyed taking part in THON, intramural and club sports, and Greek Life. Along with his education, Tyler’s work experience includes an internship in workforce development and employment in recruiting, which opened his eyes to the HR field and provided him experience in reviewing resumes, interviewing prospective employees, processing time sheets, and completing background checks.
Tyler uses his outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to connect with people every day. He is looking forward to tackling the new challenges that cross his plate in his role as HR Coordinator.
