HARRISBURG REGIONAL CHAMBER & CREDC NAMES NEW DIRECTOR OF COMMUNCIATIONS, ANNOUNCES PROMOTION
Abercrombie joins team, Roth expands role
HARRISBURG (January 24, 2018) — The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC is pleased to announce the arrival of Ryan Abercrombie as its new Director of Communications as well as the promotion of Justin Roth to Marketing & Communications Manager.
“Ryan and Justin are both examples of our region’s top-notch talent pool,” said David Black, President and CEO. “We’re fortunate to have such great players on our team as we live out our mission to improve the quality of life throughout Central Pennsylvania.”
As Director of Communications, Ryan serves as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and sets the organization’s strategic communications plan.
Ryan joins the Chamber & CREDC after completing his Master of Arts in Communication at George Mason University; previously he held the rank of Lieutenant (O-3) in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a flight officer and later as a news desk officer. As a Bucknell University alumnus, he is no stranger to the central Pennsylvania region, and is happy to return.
As Marketing & Communications Manager, Justin focuses on furthering the visual brand of the Chamber & CREDC in addition to leading the marketing efforts of the organization.
Justin began his career as the Graphic Design Intern with the Chamber & CREDC following his graduation from Lebanon Valley College in 2014. Justin was promoted to a full-time role as Marketing & Communications Specialist after the completion of his internship.
