Gannett Fleming Names Seven New Stockholders

Leadership traits like a drive to innovate, an ability to amaze clients, and a commitment to fostering professional development opportunities for their teammates are what recently led Gannett Fleming to select the following individuals as new stockholders:

Elik Livay

Elik Livay, PE, PMP, ENV SP, DBIA, serves as a vice president and south water market leader. Based out of Baltimore, he helps drive the direction of the water sector’s technical and quality excellence. With more than 20 years of experience, Livay is a registered professional engineer in eight states and the District of Columbia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Morgan State University and a Master of Civil Engineering from Norwich University.

Michael Mehaffey

Michael Mehaffey, PE, currently serves as a vice president and north water market leader based out of the Harrisburg office. He has performed and directed engineering services related to all aspects of the water industry over his 15-year career. Mehaffey is the leader for water in the Northeast United States, working closely with clients to provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Mehaffey earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Engineering in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Nathan Reinard

Nathan Reinard, PE, is the Transit & Rail Facilities Practice leader. With more than 15 years of experience, he is advancing the firm’s position as an industry leader in rail and bus maintenance facilities, transit stations, and transit intermodal facilities. Based out of Harrisburg, he has helped North America’s largest transit agencies by being their trusted advisor for transit facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jamie Shambaugh

Jamie Shambaugh, PE, is a vice president and chief engineer for the water sector. His expertise, built over a 20-year career, includes management of the water process and operations group. Shambaugh, based out of Harrisburg, continues to lead operations and drive quality for the firm’s Pennsylvania clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from Wilkes University and a Master of Engineering in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Smith

Brian Smith is a senior vice president of GeoDecisions®, Gannett Fleming’s geospatial technology division. With more than 20 years of experience, he is responsible for directing software development, innovation, strategy, and location analytics-specific projects. Smith primarily focuses on the development of business solutions that use location data and processing to solve complex business challenges. Based out of Philadelphia, he earned a Bachelor of Science in regional planning from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Teles

Brian Teles, PE, is a principal project manager and Valley Forge and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, structures manager and office principal, with more than 25 years of experience in designing, inspecting, and managing transportation projects. He provides internal and external oversight including technical, supervisory, and administrative activities to ensure client satisfaction and quality deliverables. Teles holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Drexel University.

Anthony Zamberlan

Anthony Zamberlan, PE, brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role as a vice president of power services. Based out of Phoenix, Zamberlan oversees the design of electrical, substation, and transmission projects for all industries, including government, utility, and mining, as well as renewable energy generation and storage projects of various sizes. He also works to develop power and utility business in conjunction with facilities and mechanical practices. Zamberlan earned Bachelors of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Missouri.
