F&M Trust to close all community office lobbies; Drive-ups remains open

To address ongoing concerns around the spread of COVID-19, F&M Trust will close all of its community office lobbies until further notice, effective March 18.

Customers can still access the bank’s drive-up services during normal banking hours, with offices providing access to safe deposit boxes and banking services that require an in-person meeting by appointment only.

F&M Trust customers can also access their accounts online, via the F&M Trust mobile app, by ATM or by phone. Additionally, F&M Trust offers customer service support after normal business hours, including weekends, at (717) 264-6116 or toll-free at (888) 264-6116.

“The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains F&M Trust’s highest priority. We believe these measures are necessary to ensure the safety of our employees and customers while allowing us to maintain banking access. The bank is carefully following guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We will continue to monitor the situation closely,” said Tim Henry, President and CEO of F&M Trust.
