Enginuity Acquires SECCO’s Commercial Mechanical Division

Mechanicsburg, PA July 8, 2016: Enginuity acquired, effective  immediately,  the commercial mechanical division of SECCO Incorporated.  SECCO’s residential and commercial  electrical divisions remain under their original ownership.

“We are delighted to have the dedicated mechanical folks from SECCO on the Enginuity team”, said Jim Mooney,  CEO of Enginuity. “SECCO’s clients will benefit from the deep technical talent of our office staff and field technicians and, since our company cultures are very similar, they will continue to enjoy the same focus on client satisfaction they’ve  had for years”.
