Over 700 people gathered last Wednesday evening at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center as the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC hosted An Evening with Seth Godin, international marketing guru and author. The organization also launched its 2016 CREDC Fundraising Campaign: Building Our Region’s Future by announcing that over $1.1 million towards the $2.5 million goal has been raised to date. The CREDC Campaign will support regional economic development initiatives for the years 2017 to 2020.

Financial support of CREDC is critical to ensure that its work in the community continues. Nearly 50% of CREDC’s budget includes contributions from the private and public sectors. Since 1984, CREDC has raised funds in four-year cycles to support projects over the next four year period.
