Conrad Siegel Actuaries Brings on Three New Hires

Harrisburg, PA – July 12, 2017 – Conrad Siegel Actuaries, delivering comprehensive employee benefits services, recently brought on three new employees, among them an Actuarial Analyst, Investment Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager.
Mark Dixon will support consultants as a Client Relationship Manager for Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors. In this role, he will prepare review materials and set up, troubleshoot and monitor client accounts. Most recently, Dixon was an Accounting Manager with the Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah and previously worked at Susquehanna Trust & Investment Company, Personal Wealth Advisory and Sageworth Trust Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albright College.
Norm Spotts joins Conrad Siegel as an Actuarial Analyst and will provide support for GASB 45 valuations. He most recently worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Client Solution Architects. Spotts graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, and a minor in statistics. He is currently working towards his Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
Sean Duffy has been hired by Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors as an Investment Analyst and will provide support for the defined contribution and defined benefit investment team. He previously worked for NFP as a Benefit Plan Consultant. Duffy received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is currently studying for the Series 65 Exam.
