Conrad Siegel Actuaries Announces New Promotions and Designations

Conrad Siegel Actuaries, delivering comprehensive employee benefits services, is proud to announce that David Lytle had been promoted to investment consultant. In addition, investment consultant Tom Terhaar recently earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC) designation and benefit analyst Kristin Parker earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.

As an investment consultant, Lytle will continue his work with defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. Lytle is also an investment adviser representative for Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc. and plays a key role on the investment advisory research team. Lytle previously earned the distinctions of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Enrolled Actuary (EA) and is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. Lytle joined Conrad Siegel Actuaries in 2009 after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a focus on Actuarial Science.

Terhaar earned financial planning’s highest standard, the ChFC professional designation from The American College. The ChFC program prepares professionals to meet the advanced financial needs of individuals, families and small business owners. Terhaar is an investment consultant for individual investors and an investment adviser representative for Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc. With over 20 years in the industry, Terhaar specializes in asset management and financial planning for families. Previously, Terhaar earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) designation.

Parker earned the GBA designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The GBA prepares those dealing with health and group benefits to effectively design, administer and communicate group benefits. Parker specializes in group health and welfare benefit plans and provides special consulting expertise with school district health trusts. She joined Conrad Siegel Actuaries in 2001 and is a member of the firm’s Health and Welfare Systems Committee. Parker is also working towards the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) designation.
