Conrad Siegel Actuaries Announces Five New Hires Amidst Company Expansion

Central Pa. Benefits Firm Brings on New Analysts in Retirement and Investment Services, Hires Marketing Coordinator

Harrisburg, PA – March 7, 2017Conrad Siegel Actuaries, delivering comprehensive employee benefits services, is excited to announce that it recently brought on five new employees, among them a marketing coordinator, and several analysts who will support retirement and investment services. The new hires follow a year of significant growth for the firm, which recently launched a satellite office in Lancaster, Pa.

William Galiano and Sebastian Gobat join Conrad Siegel as actuarial analysts, Melissa Hoch as an investment analyst, and Kelsey Moore as a retirement assistant. Zackary Klien will serve as the company’s marketing coordinator.

As an actuarial analyst, Galiano will support in developing post-employment benefit and GASB45 reports. Galiano recently graduated from Lebanon Valley College, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics. He previously worked with United Concordia Dental and served as the accounts and operations manager for Mostly Organic, LLC. Galiano is currently pursuing his Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.

Gobat will provide support on defined benefit plans for employers as an actuarial analyst. He is a recent graduate of Cedarville University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Actuarial Science. He is currently working towards his ASA designation, as well as his Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) credential. Prior to his hire at Conrad Siegel, Gobat worked as a data analyst for Woodstream Corporation.

 Hoch joins Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors as an investment analyst. In her role, Hoch will assist in developing financial plans for high net worth individuals and producing performance reports for clients. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and is currently studying for the Series 65 examination to become an Investment Adviser Representative of the firm. Hoch is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association and serves as the scholarship chair for her local chapter. Prior to her hire at Conrad Siegel, Hoch served as an investment services analyst at PFM Asset Management.

As a retirement assistant, Moore will provide administrative support to consultants and retirement managers, with a focus on quality defined contribution plans. Moore graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, and a minor in Mathematics.  Previously, Moore worked as administrator support for Pension Resources, Inc. and as an actuarial analyst for Penn Mutual. She has earned her Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RFP) certificate, and is currently working towards her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.

Klien will support business development operations by executing marketing strategies that highlight the expertise of Conrad Siegel consultants, helping the firm build brand awareness and obtain new clients. Klien has received Google Adwords certification, and formerly served as coordinator of marketing and public relations at Trisonics, Inc. An active member of the Harrisburg community, Klien is the assistant coach for the Susquehanna Township baseball team and a member of Harrisburg Young Professionals.
