Conexus, Inc. Announces New Hires

Lebanon based Conexus, Inc. named Michael C. Baddorf construction technician. Mike will provide technical service to our customers’ systems including technical support during the installation and commissioning of new and expanded control systems. He was employed by Johnson Controls, Inc. He has an associate’s degree in Applied Science, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning from HACC.
Keith J. Gard was named assistant project manager. He will provide leadership and management for project level oversight, manpower, including planning and forecasting, contract and job cost management and customer and subcontractor relations. Keith graduated from HACC with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
Richard M. Lord was named warehouse manager. He will manage inventory and assist in transporting parts to job sites. Richard will be integral in the design of a new inventory logging and management system for the warehouse. Richard was employed by Catholic Senior Housing Development and Management. He received his education from the United States Air Force Schools, focusing on leadership, electrical systems, refrigeration and cryogenics.
Zakary Miller was named service dispatch technician. He fulfills a new roll at Conexus as our service department continues to expand. He will dispatch technicians to assist customers, trouble shoot customer concerns, facilitate parts ordering and provide customer service both on-site and remotely. Zak was a maintenance mechanic at Pleasant View Retirement Community and also was a service technician at G. F. Bowman. He has an associate’s degree in Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Technology from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
