Anyone employed by a Chamber & CREDC member organization can sit on a committee.

Most committees are open to all members. A few committees have specific size and/or qualification limitations (Catalyst Awards, BF TechCelerator, CREDC Loan). To join, contact us at 717-232-4099.

Each committee has its own schedule. Most meet monthly or bi-monthly.

OUR COMMITTEES

Catalyst Awards Committee

The Catalyst Awards Committee is in charge of judging and soliciting nominations for the Catalyst Awards. Committee members provide feedback for nominations and help choose the winners for each award category.

Chamber Ambassadors Committee

The Chamber Ambassadors Committee serves as a liaison between the Chamber & CREDC and its new and existing member businesses. This committee strengthens member services and increases volunteer participation.

Education & Business Partnership Committee

The Chamber & CREDC Education and Business Partnership Committee supports and advances collaborative initiatives and relationships with community partners to connect education and business to promote lifelong learning.

The Chamber & CREDC Education and Business Partnership Committee supports and advances collaborative initiatives and relationships with community partners to connect education and business to promote lifelong learning.

political action Committee

The Chamber’s Political Action Committee contributes to pro-growth, pro-business growth candidates and initiatives that will enhance the business climate in Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties.

GOVERNMENT rELATIONS CommitteeS

The Government Relations Committee is the main policy committee of the Chamber. Its main purposes are to monitor regional, state, and federal issues to assess their impact on the Capital Region business community. There are several focused sub-committees within the government relations program.
