Centric Bank Promotes Flow (Lynch) Glucksman to Vice President, Bank Secrecy Officer and Security Officer

Centric Bank is proud to announce Flow (Lynch) Glucksman was recently promoted to Vice President, Bank Secrecy Officer and Security Officer. She is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the Bank’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and maintaining the Bank’s physical security. She will report to Centric Bank’s Chief Risk Officer, Kimberly Turner, and her responsibilities will also include identity theft and fraud prevention.

Flow joined the Centric Bank team in 2011 as a Financial Center Manager and has recently held the role of Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations Manager and Security Officer as well as secondary BSA Officer. Her previous responsibilities included ensuring the Bank’s financial centers are operationally sound and technologically robust in order to maintain efficiency and the highest level of customer service.

Flow has 17 years of experience in the banking industry. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from West Chester University and is a Certified Community Bank Security Officer (CCBSO). She is an active member and serves on the board of the Women Involved – Ladies Auxiliary Executive Committee of The Salvation Army, is a member of The Salvation Army’s Shoe Strut Committee and serves as the Advancement Chair of Boy Scout Troop #10.
