Centric Bank recently named Catharine Krugh Vice President, Controller. In this role Catharine is responsible for ensuring the Bank is in compliance with internal controls. Catharine is responsible for various aspects of the account operations of Centric Bank and the maintenance of the accounting systems.
Catharine has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years, most recently with Northwest Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Catharine received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Juniata College. She also holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University. She is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh Management Advisory Board, and the Advisory Board for Messiah College Graduate School of Business and Leadership.
Stacy Beeler, who held the role of Controller for Centric Bank since 2010, will transition to Vice President, Director of Regulatory Reporting. In this role Stacy will assume the responsibility of ensuring the Bank meets the requirements of SEC regulatory reporting.
