Cancer Wellness program to feature healthy recipes for spring

The quarterly Take Charge Cancer Wellness program at Geisinger Holy Spirit will feature a healthy springtime recipes cooking demonstration. The session will be held Tues., March 28, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the hospital auditorium, 503 N. 21st St., Camp Hill.
Sadia Shaukat, registered dietitian and nutritionist, will share easy-to-make recipes that are part of an anti-cancer diet. Taste samples will be provided. The Take Charge Cancer Wellness program meets four times per year and focuses on steps anyone can take to fight cancer, including diet, exercise, managing stress, and maintaining a healthy weight.
