Cancer Wellness program to feature healthy recipes for spring

The quarterly Take Charge Cancer Wellness program at Geisinger Holy Spirit will feature a healthy springtime recipes cooking demonstration. The session will be held Tues., March 28, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the hospital auditorium, 503 N. 21st St., Camp Hill.

Sadia Shaukat, registered dietitian and nutritionist, will share easy-to-make recipes that are part of an anti-cancer diet. Taste samples will be provided. The session is open to the public and there is no charge to attend. To register, please call 717-972-4149, send an email to, or visit
