BSSF ranked #11 in the small company category, representing the Firm’s second highest Best Places to Work ranking ever.
The Best Places to Work in PA program is a partnership between the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal. The program recognizes the top 100 organizations across the state based on workplace structure and employee survey feedback, which is the most heavily weighted segment of the two-part process.
