Architectural Historian Jenna C. Thomas Joins SKELLY AND LOY, INC.

Skelly and Loy welcomes Jenna C. Thomas to its Cultural Resources Group. Ms. Thomas is an Architectural Historian responsible for researching historic properties using maps, deeds, and genealogy to determine the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility as well as Phase 1 Renaissance Level Architectural History Surveys. In her role, she is currently assisting with several above ground projects to determine historical significance.
Ms. Thomas has previous experience setting up and tearing down museum exhibits, museum management, creating historical tours, and helping maintain a historic home. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History from Saint Vincent College as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Art History from Kent State University.
Now in its 48th year, Skelly and Loy is an engineering-environmental consulting firm serving public and private sector clients from six Mid-Atlantic offices. Our services include civil, environmental, and mining engineering and permitting activities; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance studies; natural resource management and protection; hazardous waste and industrial hygiene studies and remediation planning; and cultural resource studies and documentation.
