Renovations will cost approximately $3,500,000 and will include some of the following features:
- Replacement of heating and cooling systems
- Ventilation systems upgrades
- New heating and climate controls
- Upgraded lighting and electrical systems
- General construction work to doors, floors and benches
These renovations mark the 18th construction project Alexander has worked on for Penn State within the past five years alone.
“It is a testament to the proficiency of our staff that our firm is chosen time and time again to work on a variety of Penn State projects,” said Chris Magent, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives Director of the Butz Family of Companies and General Manager of Alexander’s State College location. “It is an accurate reflection of our commitment to establishing long-term business relationships, as much of our work comes from repeat clients.”
