Calabrese Drywall

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided $154,000 in financing to Calabrese Drywall through the Small Business First (SBF) loan.   The loan proceeds enabled Daniel Calabrese to purchase a building with 6,550 SF of office and warehouse space located at 5256 E. Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA.  The project will also help retain and/or create 8 jobs.

Turner Hydraulics

One of the largest, full service hydraulics facilities in Central Pennsylvania, received a $200,000 Small Business First (SBF) loan, as well as financing from M&T Bank to help build 17,000 SF of additional space onto their original facility.  The total project cost was $590,500. Turner Hydraulics will retain all 30 full time employees it currently has on staff.

Gold's Gym

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided $1,633,000 in financing through the federal SBA 504 loan program to help open a Gold's Gym located at 1665 Broadway Lane, Hanover, York County, PA. The Chamber & CREDC is a certified lender for state programs and local packager of the SBA 504 program.

 ACS Claim Service and Immigration Support Services
The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it has closed deals for financing with two regional companies through the federal SBA 504 loan program. The two loans helped both ACS Claim Service and Immigration Support Services purchase real estate in order to support growth.

Mikado Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar
The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided $497,000 in financing through the SBA 504 direct loan program to help Mikado Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar relocate their restaurant to 4717 Carlisle Pike, Hampden Township, Cumberland County. CREDC's loan along with financing from Metro Bank supported the building purchase and renovations.... read more

Art Communication Systems, a commercial printing and mailing company located in the City of Harrisburg and now in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, received a $159,000 Small Business First (SBF) loan as well as financing from M&T Bank to help buy new machinery equipment which will support product and service diversification for the growing company. The total project was $348,000 and will help retain and/or create 35 jobs.
