Similar to last year, the Annual Business Meeting will be handled electronically. Proxy voting assures we can reach our quorum to conduct the business of the Chamber.  The voting is required by the Chamber by-laws for the Board of the Chamber to present new nominees for the 2012 Board and to elect 2012 officers.
