HARRISBURG (November 5, 2008) - The Murata Business Center will be holding a seminar focused on individuals who are thinking of taking the leap of starting their own business. Dream It. Do It. will be held on Thursday, November 6, 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Market Cross Pub, 113 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Panelists will include Jeff Goss, owner - Market Cross Pubs, Carlisle, Bill Craig, owner/ CEO - WebpageFX and Sally and Naomie Bobb, owners - ClothesVine.
Panelists will cover the following:
- How they came up with the idea for starting their own business
- What went into making the decision to "take the leap"
- What they wish they knew then that they know now
Those encouraged to attend are individuals thinking of starting their own business or those that possess just a glimmer of an idea. Attendees also have the opportunity to ask questions to the entrepreneurs on the panel. The cost is $20 at the door or $15 in advance. The Murata Business Center is located in the Keystone Innovation Zone and the Technology Corridor Enterprise Zone, two state programs that may provide assistance in the form of tax credits, assistance seeking investment or financing help at later stages of business development.
