State of the City to Be Held November 1st at the Hilton Harrisburg

HARRISBURG (October 31, 2011) - The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC will host the State of the City: Where do we go now? event on Tuesday, November 1st at 7:30 am at the Hilton Harrisburg. 

The event will feature a panel discussion with Mayor Linda Thompson, Mayor Chris Doherty of Scranton and Mayor Thomas McMahon of Reading moderated by WITF's Scott Lamar.  Both Reading and Scranton are in the Act 47 program and the Mayors are expected to share their experiences, both administrative and political as well as their insight on the challenges facing their own and other Pennsylvania Cities.  Mayor Thompson will be part of the panel sharing her insight on Harrisburg's journey to date.
