WorkXpress Graduates from the Murata Business Center
HARRISBURG (January 24, 2011) -- WorkXpress, a company that provides software applications to businesses, has recently graduated from the Murata Business Center and moved into LECG's IT Support Services Center located at 304 Market Street in Harrisburg (Harrisburg University is the site of the LECG Services Center).
WorkXpress provides software applications to business that are both affordable and highly customizable. The WorkXpress cloud software platform makes development and customization fast and easy, like using PowerPoint. The company has earned accolades from some of the world's most recognized cloud computing authorities including Forrester, Gartner, and Tier 1 Research. WorkXpress was also named one of the world's Top 150 Cloud Computing Companies and Treff LaPlante was named one of the world's Top 30 virtualization bloggers by Sys-Con Media.

The Murata Business Center is a 30,000 square foot business incubator owned and operated by the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC. It is largely supported by private and public sector contributions to the organization, as well as rental income. It is staffed by an interim Executive Director - Pam Martin and Facilities Manager-Alex Quigley, as well as supported by the staff at the Chamber & CREDC. It is a state designated Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) and companies located in the facility have qualified for KIZ tax credits.
The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC serves as a catalyst for promoting growth and quality of life in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties by providing a unique blend of business, community and economic development and advocacy services under one roof to boost our economic vitality and livability as a region. HRC/CREDC has been accredited with four stars from the United States Chamber of Commerce.
