The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC Promotes Lindsey Holtzman to Events Marketing Manager and Christine Books to Membership Relations Manager

HARRISBURG (October 11, 2010) -  The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) recently announced two promotions.  Lindsey Holtzman has been named Events Marketing Manager; Christine Books has been named Membership Relations Manager.

Holtzman has been with the Chamber & CREDC since 2006 when she was hired as Events Marketing Coordinator.  Books has been with the organization since 2007, first hired as an intern then promoted to Membership Relations Coordinator.  Holtzman is a graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications - with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising; Books graduated from Penn State University, Capital College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Both began their new positions on October 5th.

"Lindsey has really excelled in her role in the coordinator position and was ready to undertake additional responsibilities within the organization," stated Nicole Keiner, Assistant VP of Communications & Marketing.  "Her enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail and creativity are only a few reasons why she is a valuable member of our team."

"Christine has been a member of our staff for the past 3 years.  Her leadership with our membership committees and events have been outstanding," added Amma Johnson, Assistant VP of Membership and Community Development.   "She's positive, always ready for new challenges and we believe she has a bright future with our organization."
