Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC administrate the Workforce Development Program (WDP), in partnership with the Harrisburg Area Community College  Workforce and Economic Development Division as well as Harrisburg University and the South Central Workforce Investment Board.  The goal of the WDP is to provide a valuable service to local businesses in the area of general workforce training skills for their employees, which otherwise would require the use of scarce company time and resources. The program has been structured into four separate courses each year comprised of four subsequent sessions of each course, being approximately four hours long each.
