Lapp Farm

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced it provided financing to John and Amanda Lapp to purchase an 80 acre existing dairy farm located in Lykens, Dauphin County, PA upon which the Lapps currently farm with a lease agreement.  The project eliminates rent expense to the farm and provides the farmer the chance to build equity and stability for his farming operation.

Rock Solid Dairy

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Rock Solid Dairy, Inc. to purchase a 157 acre existing dairy farm located in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA.  This particular farm contains a very modern milking parlor and herd barn with the most advanced milking equipment and automated systems available for monitoring and maintaining milk quality. 

CBNHP

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced  that it provided financing to Community Behavioral Healthcare Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) to expand their office facilities at Clover Hill Business Park, West Hanover Township, Dauphin County. 

Expressly Yours Catering

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to Dawn Ferguson, the owner of Expressly Yours Catering.  The loan provided, helps to purchase and renovate a new production facility in Swatara Township, Dauphin County.  The new location is much larger and more efficient than their previous building.  The new space will help the company grow. 

 

PC Parts


The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) announced that it provided financing to PC Parts, Inc. to purchase a commercial building along S. 17 th Street in the City of Harrisburg.  This new location will serve to expand the company’s warehousing and distribution space.
